Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items purchased during sales or on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to guarantee you receive what you want is to return the item you currently have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

14-day cooling-off period under European Union law
However, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
